Stanford University is a major land and property owner in the city of Palo Alto, along with the campus itself.

The historic Barn and Winery is the original Leland Stanford Dairy, later a winery.  It is a National Register Historic Landmarked building, and WK design group was charged with a variety of projects inside and around the building.  A sensitively renovated lobby space, as well as extensive deferred maintenance repairs, and renovations.
